Tamador is the founder of Metrology for All platform and holder of a bachelor's degree, a master's degree, and a Ph.D. in Physics (Metrology- Accurate Measurements) from the University of Khartoum, Sudan. with more than ten years of experience in Standards and Metrology, she held the esteemed position of Physicist at the Measurement and Calibration laboratories, Sudanese Standards and Metrology Organization (SSMO), from 2010 to 2020. Additionally, she has contributed to academia as a Lecturer at the Center for Standardization Science, SSMO, and held teaching positions at University of Khartoum, Bayan College for Science and Technology and the Khartoum College for Medical Sciences.
Tamador's significant contributions to metrology are evident through her achievements. She won the Innovative Research Award from the Organization for Women in Science for the Developing World (OWSD) and the Medal of Creativity and Excellence at the Fourth Arab Conference Arab Creativity and Entrepreneurship. She has also held various positions of responsibility, including membership in the Proficiency Testing and Inter-comparisons technical group in the Arab Metrology Program (ARAMET) and the Power and Energy Technical Committee in ARAMET. These roles allowed her to actively contribute to service activities at SSMO and regional metrology organizations like ARAMET.
In 2020, Tamador established the "Metrology for All" Platform, where she leads a team dedicated to innovation and collaboration. Through this initiative, she has forged partnerships with international organizations and African local companies to advance metrology education and practice. Her research contributions, published in renowned journals like the IEEE on Instrumentation and Measurement, underscore her impact on the field.
Beyond her professional achievements, Tamador is deeply committed to community engagement. Volunteering is a central aspect of her life, allowing her to give back to society and support causes close to her heart. Through her altruistic efforts, she strives to make a positive difference in the lives of others and contribute to building a better future.
