Dr. (Mrs.) Keren N. A. Arthur is a lecturer of Entrepreneurship and coordinator of the Entrepreneurship and Training Unit at the Centre for Entrepreneurship and Small Enterprise Development of the University of Cape Coast. She holds a PhD and an MBA in Entrepreneurship and Innovation from the University of Exeter Business School. She has over six years of research experience. Her work is multidisciplinary and includes studies on entrepreneurship education and training, responsible financial innovation and its governance, loan repayment and capital formation among SMEs in Ghana, developing digital literacy in academia, and enhancing sustainable business practices in the tourism sector.
