Prof. Madison Ngafeeson

Dr. Madison Ngafeeson is a Professor and Director of the Business Data Analytics at Palm Beach Atlantic University in West Palm Beach, Florida, USA. He also a mentor in the Doctor of Business Administration Program at the Swiss School of Business Management, Geneva; and an Adjunct Professor of Business Analytics at Ouachita Baptist University in Arkansas.

Dr. Ngafeeson holds a Ph.D. in Information Systems from the University of Texas-RGV, Texas; a master’s degree in information systems from Southern University at New Orleans in Louisiana, and a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from the University of Buea, Cameroon. His also obtained his business analytics certificate from the Harvard Business Analytics Program at Harvard University.

Dr. Ngafeeson began his early career in the medical laboratory sciences and dentistry. He later transitioned to the non-profit management sector before joining the academia. His research interests lie in the intersection of technology implementation and human behavior, covering subjects like resistance to technology and the impacts of digitization. His publications appear in reputable international conferences such as the Decision Sciences Institute and the European Conference on Information Systems; as well as journal outlets like the International Journal of Electronic Healthcare, the Journal of Systems and Information Technology, and the Journal of Information Technology Education. In the past few years, he has won multiple awards for his contribution to research, innovation and leadership.

Dr. Ngafeeson is equally a speaker, author, and a Maxwell Leadership® Certified leadership coach. He is the CEO of SuperiorLEAD, LLC and the President of LEAD Missions International, both leadership development organizations that emphasize values-based leadership.  In the past eight years, Dr. Ngafeeson has trained over 20,000 leaders from over 55 countries of the world through his organizations. He is a convener of several leadership conferences, seminars, and masterminds for leaders in various countries including Canada, Britain, Holland, Ghana, Egypt, Nigeria, Cameroon, Burundi, Germany, and the United States.

Dr. Ngafeeson’s latest book, The Day Before Tomorrow: How to Make Today Count! has been read around the world, and current available in the English, French and German languages. As a book on self-leadership, The Day Before Tomorrow, is being used in masterminds, and courses to prepare career professionals and students to lead intentional lives. Madison believes that personal leadership is the key to leading a successful life.
